 note = {本稿では，農業分野における障害者就労に必要な経営要素の獲得プロセスを先進事例の分析から明らかにした。
農業分野における障害者就労を本格化させている事例について，①福祉分野の主体がそのまま進出，②福祉分野の主体が別途主体を形成して進出，③農業分野の主体がそのまま進出，④農業分野の主体が別途主体を形成して進出の4事例を取り上げて分析した。
それぞれを比較分析した特徴は，第1に取り組みの契機は，いずれの事例も農作業体験の実施や交流であった。そのため，初期段階では農業分野と福祉分野の主体の相互理解やマッチングを行う機会が重要である。第2に福祉分野から進出した主体は，農業分野の知見を得るため，知見を有する人材との連携体制を構築したり，新たに雇用するなどして弱点を補強していた。第3に農業分野から進出した主体は，障害者に理解のあるスタッフがいるセクションを設け，障害者をケアするなどして障害者の雇用環境を整備していた。
農業分野における障害者就労を本格化させている事例では，上記のようなプロセスを経て，結果的に農業分野，福祉分野それぞれの知見や経営要素を兼ね備えた体制を構築している。その結果，農業の維持，障害者および健常者の雇用拡大といった点で農村地域の再生に寄与している。, The purpose of this paper is to show the acquisition process of the management elements necessary for employment of people with disabilities in agriculture through four advanced examples.
The main results of the analysis are as follows:
First, in all four cases, the opportunity of starting employment of people with disabilities is either farm-work experience or interaction between the agricultural sector and welfare sector. Therefore, opportunities for matching and mutual understanding between the agricultural sector and welfare sector are important in the early stages.
Second, in order to acquire a knowledge of agriculture, the welfare sector has built either cooperative ties with farmers or has hired them, thus strengthening their weaknesses in accessibility and availability of employment support.
Third, the agricultural sector improved the labor environment for people with disabilities by establishing a means of caring for them.
And fourth, through these advanced examples of processes that build cooperation between agriculture and welfare for employability of people with disabilities in agriculture, a well-balanced system with adequate management elements and know-how has been developed in each agricultural sector and the welfare sector. As a result, the system has contributed to maintaining agriculture and expanding employment opportunities in regional communities.},
