| 内容記述 | 本稿は，東日本大震災津波被災地域における水田農業の復興過程の事例について組織経営体による農業復興の事例を比較分析することによって，以下の結果を得た。 第１に，被災後に離農した農家の農地が回復するとともに農家や組織経営体の担い手経営体に集積されるという既に統計分析で示した展望は妥当である。 第２に，組織経営体の新設は，農家数減少によって生じる農地流動化面積に対して，2010 年の５ha以上農家（旧担い手農家）戸数が少なく，地域内の農地維持が困難になるという危機的状況に対応して行われている。 第３に，組織経営体の組織タイプは，旧担い手農家層が厚い地域では少戸数型組織が，それが薄い地域では旧主業農家層の自発的な取組によって准ぐるみ型組織が，そして関係機関の積極的支援によって小規模農家層による地域ぐるみ型組織が，それぞれ設立されている。 第４に，組織経営体の労働力構成は，平坦地では構成員オペレータの専従傾向が強く，中山間地ではパートタイムのオペレータが多いながら新設組織には専従傾向が強い組織もある。 第５に，組織経営体の多くは，水田作経営の最適規模（50ha以上，あるいは100ha以上）を実現し，その組織化は，１集落あるいは複数集落範囲とし，また旧藩政村を単位とするものが多い。 |

| 内容記述 | The objective of this paper is to evaluate the structural changes in paddy farming and the characteristics of organized agricultural management entities in the Great East Japan Earthquakeʼs tsunami-hit areas. The following results were obtained from the evaluation: First, after the tsunami, retired farmers’ farmland was accumulated by large-scale farmers and organized agricultural management entities. Second, new organized agricultural management entities were established in areas where the amount of farmland provided by retired farmers was more than large-scale farmers were able to rent. Third, organized agricultural management entities made up of small numbersʼ farmers were newly established in areas where there were many large-scale farmers. Community-based management entities were newly established in areas where there were few large-scale farmers. Fourth, in the flatlands, most organized agricultural management operators work full-time, while in the mountains, most operators are part-time. Fifth, many of the organized agricultural management entities have achieved the optimum scale for paddy field management （50 ha‒100 ha or more）. They are established within a range of single or multiple rural communities, most of which are villages established during the Edo period. |
